We are headquartered in Victoria B.C. with satellite offices in the US and the UK.

Customer Success is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. You are to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. Customer Success often provide technical support to customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied with our products and services.
Our marketing coordinator will work in all areas of the marketing department. They will be collaborating on content creation, strategy, campaign development and processes designed to drive leads and awareness.
